Sauna on the edge of the world
In order to implement the new business model, the project renews the current old sauna house without insulation for year-round use, so that it is possible to offer sauna house rent all year round. On the first floor of the sauna building there is a fireplace room with a kitchenette and a sauna, and on the second floor there is a recreation room/lebola, where you can observe the activities of water birds (gulls, ducks, swans, geese, herons, eagles, etc.) and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Peipus.
In the first stage, the sauna house will be reconstructed, in the second stage, the rooms will be insulated and modernized. The company comes to the market with packages corresponding to the seasons in order to offer visitors the best vacation right on the shore of Lake Peipsi, in a unique area, as additional services they offer eco-SPA products in the sauna, nature and fishing guides, a hike to the "thousand-year-old" oak (legends and history of the oak and Ranna Manor), local gourmet food or "chef's welcome", which you can make yourself, a special package for fishermen in winter "sauna + fisherman's snacks with local beer", etc. As part of the project, the name of Ranna Puhkebaasi will change and the image of the entire company will be renewed.
The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and is financed as part of the Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grant amount: EUR 188,973.08.

Nature-friendly cleaning agents are used in the PeipsiRanna sauna house. environmentally friendly washing products should be used (shampoo and shower gel/soap) whilst using the sauna.
- Use the property provided for your responsibly;
- Throw the cigarette butts in the designated places only;
- When using PeipsiRanna property, please return it to the same place where the item was taken;
- At 1:00 a.m. (at night), please turn down the music (turn down the bass as much as possible).
- before leaving, please return the keys to the owner;
- please sort the garbage
- Bins are located in the marked area of PeipsiRanna and in the corner of the kitchen of the sauna house, where the sorting has been made easy for you.
- All packaging (glass, plastic, tetra) should be rinsed slightly and cleaned of major food waste before throwing it in the bins.

- If PeipsiRanna property is broken or damaged, please notify the owner immediately. Owner's phone number is +372 5224660. Broken or damaged property must be compensated.
- In the event of a fire, call the emergency number 112. If the situation is not life-threatening and the fire is small, you must extinguish it yourself. (fire extinguishers are located in the fireplace room and in the front room of the sauna). The owner must be notified of a fire immediately.
